I've found some pretty good Tofu Jerky called Primal Strips. Haven't found the Yogurt roll ups yet though.
I did like Soy Chocolate pudding a lot in the RTN Champs, as well as instant mashed potatoes with fake bacon bits.

Bent: Actually I'm making this stuff myself with our food dehydrator. The tofu turned out pretty good, although it may end up being a little to salty. Also took some veggie meats and dehydrated that. They are going to be really tasty.

Hey, not bad. What type of veg meat did you dehydrate? We have a dehydrator too, which we used for camping more than AR. Explain to me how you did the yogurt. Inquiring minds want to know!

Bet you're using your Tree Hugger issue vacuum sealer.

There's a Tree Hugger issue vacuum sealer? Here I am with Kristen sucking all the air out of the ziploc bags. :)

For the yogurt rolls our dehydrator has a tray for this, basically a plastic sheet you lay out on a rack. Then you just pour the yogurt about 1/2 inch thick and let it dry for 8 hours.

Veggie meats was salami, needed some flavour.

Oh, it wasn't you I got the vacuum sealer for?
I've gotten quite a few for AR types from eBay.
You can seal up a tensor to 1/4 its size, and a space blanket the size of a teabag. Also good for sealing up inner tubes, piles of crackers and cookies, half-clif bars etc.
