The customer is always right???? Wow, what terrible (non) service.
Well, to be fair to BJs, I need to point out that when they first installed the tires and broke the valve, I was told to go to a Honda dealer and buy a new one, and BJs would reimburse me for it. I didn't do that because to me it wasn't a big deal that my valve didn't monitor my tire pressure.
I finally did go to Honda, buy a new valve (for $56!), and I did get reimbursed by BJs, and they then finally were willing to install the tires.
So kind of aggravating (actually very aggravating) that I needed to make a trip to Honda, and come back a second time to get the tires installed, but BJs did own up to their mistake, and did pay for it.
