do everything as many times as you can in one minute.
(sometimes i find it hard to motivate myself to actually go hard for one minute, so i choose a big number and try to reach it).
for chinups i either do sets of 5 a couple times with rest in between, or just hold my chin above the bar for the minute which is a bit more do-able.
oh and for tricep pushes it doesn't really matter how your hands are but your elbows should stay right close to your body. they should be friggen tough though.
