it's probably the volume. You should dial it back to give yourself a chance to recover. Maybe cut the run to 11 or 12 minutes. Besides, 13 is an unlucky number.

But Zoolander, the problem is that if he stops after 12 minutes, he won't be at work yet. And just *imagine* the frustration of being that close to the building - actually being able to see it, but not being able to go to work. Although you make a good point, I'm afraid that Tiny has no choice about the excessive volume.
