It's just dangerous because if you put off the running too long then you end up skipping it all together :) still, way better than 100 degrees in the sun!

no, I always need the break in the evening because I'm in front of the computer all day, so its not too dangerous, yet. Hey are you going to any of the northeast A-meets next fall? I'm thinking of signing up for some.

well for sure the US champs in EMPO, and I'll be busy working the CSU NEOC meet in boston. Any other local ones that don't conflict with weddings will probably get attended as well :)
