you mean mikell, right? and we definitely need to figure out a way of doing some terrain running in early 2006 if you are thinking of going to Denmark and if we're thinking of Jukola.

it's odd to have this conversation in someone else's log. but yes, mr Hammer, that is the easy part. the hard part is finding time to do it together when we live on opposite sides of a large city, alternatively in different states...

I actually wasn't taking it easy early on (except before you caught me). I dropped behind on 7 to 8 because I made a different micro-route choice (skimming closer to the out-of-bounds), then got caught in a bunch of the green going down the long reentrant toward 8. Also, I think the longer training I did last year and earlier this year has made me a bit slower than I have been but relatively strong late in the course.
