Man...have you heard? -20C, tons of snow, marathon training on the treadmill. I'm a little jealous! Hey, I wanted to share...3 PBs in 2010 - 1/2 Marathon 1:28:37, Marathon 3:04:52, Winterstart 32:15! That last one I shattered last year's PB by 50 sec! Christina ran it too and is having a blast training. Hope you are having a good time down under. Cheers.

Marathon training? Which one are you training for now?

Yep, having a blast in Oz. I did hear it that it got cold all of a sudden. We are sweltering over here with temps up around 38. I have to get up REALLY early to do any kind of training.

Ha! +38C there, -35C (with windchill) here. What a brutal early blast of winter. We're about 22C below normal.
Phoenix Rock N Roll marathon is next in 8 weeks. Trying to work off the Chicago fitness to take another crack at 3hr. Chicago (in case you didn't hear) was a warm one (+29C high). You would've been proud of me battling the heat. Only lost 5min on the back half for a 3:04. Very happy.
Happy doing whatever...

But we are back to temps around zero now and the skiing is great :-) On Tuesday of places that are regularly checked for temperatures world wide, the only place colder than Calgary was Antarctica... Mind you other Alberta places were colder. -29C I believe in Sundre.
