Beat me by almost 2 minutes for overall... Shelagh started late and I don't know if they posted results yet.

I had trouble with 7 (bad AP), 8 (wrong gully), and 9 (just wait until you see where I went). ;-). About 8-10 minutes of error. Meg was under an hour.

I also used a lot of road runs today except on 6 where I went mostly due north (10:00 even).

I doubt they'll post splits here; if you post yours I will too.

Thanks for the update. I went all the way around on the trails to 6, but I think that was a mistake. My split on that leg was 10:58. I'll post the rest to AP also (maps soon, too). BTW, how did your hamstring hold up? I think the road running was kinder to my hamstring than too many up hills

Hamstring started to get sore near the end (so I walked a bit on the slight uphill on the road near the ranger station--as well as all woods-uphills), so I'm feeling good about that. I won't be able to up my speed, but I'm okay with that--I'll do what I can.

How about you?

Hamstring was better today than yesterday, which was unexpected. But nice :)
