More news from the World of O: Graham Gristwood of the British squad is organizing a technique training camp in England's Lake District from January 6-14. Looks very tempting for those on the East side of the Atlantic that time of year:

It's going to be a great week - awesome terrain, plenty of interesting people and plenty of chance for some decent physical sessions too. I can't wait to blow away the Christmas cobwebs!

How hard would it be to get there to/from Oxford?

Ah ha - you are Boris of Kat's boyfriend fame? It would be a bout three hours on the train or about the same in the car - I'm sure somewhere will be travelling from round there. Graham who's organising isn't too far away.

Neil, funny that you mention this. After training today, I was given an envelope with some gift certificates for an O-supply store in it and was told "congratulations". Sure enough, it was stuff Kat won during one of her races here...
