The normal Gatorade. I'm going to post a hydration tip on Big Tent.
I'm having good results with 1/2 gatorade and 1/2 CarboRocket. Mixes all the different carbs -- sucrose, maltodextrin, fructose.... can't remember what else. Can't stand the taste of straight CarboRocket. Will have to try Perpetuem.
