Mrs. Tiny:
Bash, 'Bent, Sherpa and I are planning a road ride for August 6th - you up for joining us? I'm thinking ride, then a bit to eat somewhere with a patio (with beer of course!)

Is Bent going to ride a real bike or his recumbent. There are certain rules when one rides on the road that we all must follow.

- Sun glasses go over your helmet straps
- No baggy clothing
- No camelbacks/backpacks unless you're riding to work
and no recumbents or aero bars

Mrs. Tiny:
well... aren't we the biking snob?!? I think you're stuck with a recumbent though. :)

Haha, I guess that means Tiny stays at home because there will be both recumbent and aerobars :)

'Bent:
Yeah, first we're banned by UCI for being too fast (Or is that too comfortable) and now this?
I'll have to dig out some fast slicks for the little 'bent for sure now.

Mrs. Tiny:
The good news is that I don't share the same 'hang-ups', although the no camelbak thing is just more comfortable for a non-race ride. :)

No baggy clothing? So does that mean the baggy shorts over tights AR look is now officially illegal? Hope so.

I vote in favour of banning that look. Unfortunately, I think one or two of my team members for Wilderness Traverse might be sporting it... ;)

Yes it has been banned on team MBR. Just ask Tommy Hillflyer, he learned this on his first 24 hour Adv race with us.
