I've heard excellent things about Dr. Bill. Here in Caledon, we have amazing chiropractors Dr. LeAnimal (Leanne Mueller) and Thumbs-of Death (Nigel Hudson) to manage our various AR aches and pains. It's great to have someone treating you who also races and trains, so they really understand, and they'll only tell you to stop training when it's absolutely necessary.

Did Dr. Bill have any good stories from his adventure race in Mexico?

Too many. Sounds like they had a rough time there.

Did he s#&t the bed again this year?

Don't think so! His teammate, Marg, wrote detailed online reports while they were there.

Maybe I should see Dr. Bill too.

It couldn't hurt. (Well, maybe it would, but it might still do you some good.)

Hammer let me see if we can find you anyone that's closer to you in Hamilton. Bill might know someone but if not he is great and worth the drive...you know just like the Old Hide House.

Glad Billy boy fixed you up. Bash and I would be on the couch without LeAnimal and Thumbs-of-death.

Yes, several years ago when 'Bent and I both thought we would have to give up running due to various joint problems, Thumbs-of-Death fixed us up and talked us into AR. Come to think of it, if he hadn't done that, we could have avoided a *lot* of aches and pains over the years. Hmmm.... suppose it was just good marketing?

he's gonna skin me and make me into a coat?

I went for 6 weeks to ART but it didn't help but I think I need an athlete to provide some advice.
