So it did in fact end up in my possession? I know there was still some rather heated debate going on when I left as to whether or not they were doing to let my results stand since I started late...

Well, long story short, the final (at least by the time I left) decision was to have two 1st places this time.

Well, I think there's an old saying that possession is nine tenths of the law. Your bottle is safely in Sunderland, so just in case they change their minds, they are going to have a hard time getting it back.

let's see the results first. after you folks left we noticed Angelica did not punch control 22. she was there with peter, but the computer shows no punch.

She was definitely there, and I would have assumed she punched, but I was already on my way to 23 and didn't notice. Maybe the old waterstop bugaboo?

that's what JJ thought. so Hillary wins?

Hillary registered late. I think Pavi wins.

I pretty sure it was the drink first, then forget to punch. I punched, was getting a drink, Angelica arrived, I'm pretty sure I remember her drinking first. The water was on the side of the control that we both entered and exited, so it would have been easy to finish drinking and then just head off after me.

So we have as possible winners -- Hannah, Angelica, Hillary, Pavlina. Any others? Maybe HVO ought to invest in a case of wine.

I'm pretty sure Hannah will be getting wine. The only question with regard to her is how many bottles.

Counting in legacy points, Sharon Crawford wins everything, so might need to add her to the list as well.
