is a different move. It has two parts. The first brings the bar to the shoulder, while on the second there is a dip and a drive to get the bar moving up and get under the bar, finally standing when it is already overhead. A much more complex move than the thruster.
On the thruster you start with the bar on the shoulders, do a full front squat and drive the bar up with the force of your legs as you are standing, then return it to the shoulders for the next repetition.
