how do you climb on a track?
its not like I was counting contours or anything. Straight upload from sportstracks.
but a track is supposed to be flat! haha
Yup but Garmins are only really accurate to 10m.
that is still +/- 4m weird
I didn't only have it on for 1 second.....
+-14m over a km isn't bad. The height difference on the ground is zero, so trying to remove that error is extremely difficult!
Its far more accurate when the difference in height is greater, such as running up a mountain.
I would explain the maths behind it, but you wouldn't understand it and neil would just laugh as i would be slightly wrong on some detail :-p
