Discussion: I'm not jealous...

I got to do both. I ran Frank's long course at Colonie TP while Janet vetted last weekend. No flags but still a fun course.

When you were there, were all the leaves swept off of certain trails for the cross country runners? That was a bit surreal.

I don't recall noticing the trails being cleared but they may have been. During my run today at Lynn Woods there was a guy using a leaf blower to clear a trail (for a 15k race there tomorrow). I knew they'd be marking trails but power equipment was a surprise.

And here I thought Frank had whitened the roots and rocks on the trails, lest our tender selves stumble on the long course.
