Is it me [I'm behind the insular internet wall of china] or is the weather data gone? Too bad. I really liked it.

Otherwise, as always, love the site.

Yeah, the weather channel recently killed all their free data feeds. I am looking at other options.

weather.gov has tabular hourly data that I've scraped before - but I don't know what their feed options are. And weatherspark is absurdly slick - they might have some kind of feed hidden away somewhere.

yr.no has free weather data, with data in XML or GRIB and a bunch of ready-made solutions. A lot of the info is available in English.

Edit: direct link

http://www.wunderground.com/ says (at the bottom right of their page): "In addition to this website, we provide a number of free and professional weather services." (The autobrand service seems to start at $500 per month.) The autobrand page has contact information, including phone.

weather.gov has a SOAP/XML interface but I believe only covers the United States
