Just arrived in Praha for the month. Anyone have suggestions on where to go for some club training and or pickup some maps to run on? I'm without a car but would rent one if there are club events nearby.

Secondly, as I only have a pair of road flats with me and I'd like to bring home a pair of OShoes with me ...are there any stores in Praha selling OShoes?

Bender, I have some friends who I can connect you with in Praha. Drop me a line you don't hear from me soon.

Also, just as important, make sure you try Velvet and not just the local Staropramen. And don't eat too much friend cheese.

Thanks. Looks like I missed today's event and unfortunately we've got friends visiting both days next weekend. Definitely going to go hit up the store which is only one tram away and grab a map and some shoes.

Nev - definitely fire me a contact if they can sneak away during the day this week or next. Venus says Velvet is very late '90s; to which I said what isn't late '90s about Nev.

Bender, if you come to Plzen (1hour from Praha), let me know I can show you round.

Awesome, thanks for the offer olles! I'm going to hit up the shop tomorrow (it's not far from here); I hope someone speaks English so I don't have to drag along my father-in-law. I'll email you offline if it looks like I can sneak out of town for the day. Looks like there is a bus that runs between Prague and Plzen.
