How come you are racing B this year? I did see you got chicked though. I'd race C but I'd just get chicked by a 14 year old.

There is nothing wrong with being chicked.

Skid....it was a tactical decision for points - right now I'm still burning in Cat 4 hell and I need to get a few more points to get me into cat 3. However, I kind of like the slower pace of B and not being driven into the ground chasing elite 20-somethings.

And yeah, I did get chicked, but she wheel sucked the whole time, plus she promised me a pint of Guiness if I let her get by me during the sprint: I was ready to pull a Cavendish on her and head butt her back to tomorrow but for the promise of beer.

You should come out for Sundays race at Caleb....will be great!

I would come but I can't trust you roadies in the C group not to take me out and end my triathlon career before it ever starts. Actually, I couldn't find an appropriate picture to put on my cycling BC license. Who has a passport photo lying around for that?

I may come out soon, but the daughter and her friend want to hike Finlayson tomorrow if the weather is good. Racing may be less stressful.

Skid, if you are not racing or don't end up hiking, I am looking for some trail company as I try to squeeze out an hour and 10 on Mt. Doug Trails. And I couldn't even race the T group ( training wheels). I'd get chicked by a 10 year old.

Skidder - Good to know I might see you out there racing even though there isn't run or swim component. Have fun on Finlayson and drag those kids up the hill. Did you promise them there would be sugary sweets waiting for them at the top?

Divagrrl - FYI: there is a womens' only training course sponsored by the TripleShot club...you could get some tips and pointers then start racing and blow everyone away. BTW, I'd let you chick Skidder.
