It's really the hardest thing I've encountered trying to combine parenting, work AND then a regular training regime (and that's me only doing 3, 4 or 5 times a week if I'm really lucky). I'm crap and getting to bed early, but I think that's key to keeping a positive mind!
My life is going to get way more hectic in the next few days so fitting in training will be a struggle. I hope you manage to find the balance!
