Managing to fix a 2hr long run in before 8am on a Sunday!
Impressive, or i just don't have a life! no wild nights out for me, esp. when i am getting woken at 5am these days.
Can't you train the monsters to stay abed a while longer - blackout curtains etc?
Now you see the motivation that fires my training - the possibility of a trip away and therefore a good night's sleep! but i found it really hard to sleep at eoc as no matter how hard you push the races, and no matter how stressed you get, it is nothing on getting up every 10secs to pick up toys, do laundry, cook, clean, sort out the squabbling etc etc. How frustrating.
crikey Claire you're not making me feel good about being 34 weeks!
And everything is 10x worse with the first baby btw. Hope you are doing well.
Anyway jon, this is great training for me. Toni tells me orienteering wil be easy when i get more than 4 hours sleep a night. At woc, if i manage to get extra sleep, it'll be a breeze.
Oh Jenny I had no idea! Congratulations!
And Claire, I don't know how you do it!
Becks do you have my hotmail address? if so could you get your mum to
email.me please re a pic. Thanks
I don't! You can send me it at becky dot carlyle at
gmail.com and I'll pass it on if you like.
