You seems to push hard taking in account your training volume and very high HR for today's temperature. I didn't have my Polar today, but most likely I had around 160 average. BTW, I didn't drink or eat anything during recent running races. Just GU and one shot of PowerBlast before a race. Works perfect so far. Yep, today's result is my PR. It looks like my running commute to work pays back...

I think, I am running on my old base for now, slowly ramping up for O-season, by May I shell be fine.
I had to push only last 3 miles, did not feel like I had it.
