Announcement of Event Headquarters Motel:
We have a block of 20 rooms reserved at Comfort Inn for the Pig weekend - 18 2-Queens and 2 Kings, all non-smoking. Each room will be $69.99+tax per night. Competitors can just ask for the "Orienteering Rate" when they call to make a reservation. This offer is good starting at noon Feb 12, and ending on Mar 1, after which the rates will go back up to $79.99+tax per night. I believe the motel offers a 10% discount to AAA members, so anyone booking a room after Mar 1 may be able to take advantage of that.
