Gentlemen.....definitely on vacation with nothing else to do...I mean, being on Hornby Island and not even the nude beach to deter me from some form of funercise (trust me, this nude beach is not similar to Cannes where celebrities frolic in their enhanced skin as most Hornby Island nude beach goers are overweight, old, hairy and prone to unabashed bodily noises, then there are the men....) so I avoided embarrassing myself to others and sought distraction elsewhere.
Note there was no running - running and I are not friends at the moment. I did swim, but that is more like saying I play golf. No, I attempt golf....therefore I attempt swimming and did so badly - so poor is my form that I won't log it on AP. Maybe Skidder can give me pointers at some time in the future but that means I'll have to invest in water wings.
The last 8-10 weeks have been full of too many distractions that cut into my biking and weekend warrior-img. Now it's time to get back into shape.
