That's about what I road the other day. Finally had the spirit to put my bike back together since the World's. Gasp! Pedal had seized so I bought new ATAC's. Old ones lasted a few bikes.

So had my bike back together and took my dogs for a quick run.

That is my confession. Baby steps.

Since we are in the confessing mood... this past weekend I cleaned up what was (agruably) the last bit of mess from when I made my bike box for the worlds last October... less than a year ago, so probably not a record :-)
