That's OK - people confuse Bent and me all the time because we look so much alike - NOT.
I'd wondered if you had been swimming because I hadn't seen it in your log. However, it seems that you've got such a strong base level of fitness that you can take a break from swimming for awhile. It is SO hot here that I wish I had a reason to go swimming 6 mornings a week!
