How do you work out for an hour on a single body part? I only ever get to an hour when doing three parts, and then it's only if I'm doing crazy stuff.
2 people.....and I usually get about 15 min of cardio in there too......usually 4 exercises, anywhere from 4 to 6 sets depending on exercise and what I am going for, heavy weights or moderate weight
You should try more cardio so you would lose weights and would be easyer on those fragile ankle...
With cardio makes more sense. I like to do my sets really fast.
And I don't have any friends at the gym.
