To introduce some biking into your routine :-)
Sigh...I've been trying to get out of my cycling rut. Running is out these days as it hurts too much and soccer is thusly impacted. Paddling the 'ski is ok, but I'm lazy with putting it in the water, blah, blah, blah. I might have to turn to a gym routine or X-fit. I might be joining a kickboxing club in the late fall...stay tuned!
