Discussion: x-talons on the road

lots of my runs end up like that too, except i prefer x-talons to road shoes on asphalt (!?) ... great that youre getting to do more running again, hope it continues! :-)

It's a bit frustrating, but sliding around is going to make injuries worse so I need the grip, but then the grippy shoes trash my legs on the road. Enjoying the running tho, even though it is slow and painful. Getting there, finally!

nice, hope it coninues to go forwards/upwards! all running here is either ending up in the forest in road shoes or on the road in forest shoes so it's only a matter of time before something goes wrong ;-) no snow yet, quite warm still just now, though it was cold a week or two ago. dark though.
