Anything to alleviate the mind-numbing boredom of another run from Edinburgh Park (a misnomer - not at all leafy and parky, just a dreary industrial estate, endless tramworks, and wafts of chicken shit from the battery hens nearby) is most welcome. I think the fact that I was accesorising my raspberry pink thermal with some barbie pink gloves was probably the final straw Jon.
