Probably all that arm bike business washed away your 5 lbs of muscle. Let that be a lesson not to confuse arm biking with blasting.

the weight game for cycling/running is huge, but this year I stopped worrying about it and I've actually been riding pretty well with a few extra pounds. We'll see how it goes.
