NEOC#1:

Great 3-member relays today with lots of video. An interesting crucial leg: W 9-10 / M 12-13. Left along the fast skate trails is 15-20 sec slower than the shorter and level route using a bunch of narrow tracks. Probably because of elevation re-climb.
