Great run mate, all that pool running is obviously paying off. There's a good chance I'll be over in Sweden for some racing later in the year too, I'll know to ask you instead of Jules for the hot tips on Orienteering as well as women!

Also, where are the splits for this?

I stuffed up the first control with 6min! tried to follow you for a bit and then tried to do my own thing and couldn't understand anything! turns out we had the same control!! Mega fail! We should have discussed control descriptions when we got them ;)
Btw was shit that they let the smaller kids/open courses go when ever they want when the beeping started, was so shit to get pass them to the start triangle!

aww kate, sounds like a bad day out. i ran along that track for ages after the start triangle just to make sure i was exactly where i thought i was. first controls in sweden still make me very nervous. didnt notice the kids running off whenever they wanted.. was too scared about that first control haha..

and good to hear your coming over this year, happy to give you free o advice, but with the form (lack of) ive had lately you dont want my advice about women or you will end up spending your friday nights pool running with julian rather than out and about trying to pull chicks
