Awww, that's so sweet. (Happy Anniversary!)
Your posts have gotten so philosophical lately. Lots of good life pondering stuff.

Who knows, just getting old, maybe thinking about things more, maybe not, but finding that it is much more useful to me if I write stuff down, and then go back and read it again at some point in the future. I've even found myself thinking, as I've reviewed some of my AP log, hmmm, that was a good week of posting even if my training wasn't worth a damn.
Doing it in public is a bit of a risk, but if it helps break down some of the protective shell I've had in place all these years, that's a very good thing. And if it leads to some better friendships, then that is also a very good thing. And I am optimistic on both counts.
And also, I laugh so many times when I read AP. And that -- the laughter -- is so important.
You have a lot going on in your life -- mother, wife, daughter, employee, and even orienteer. I enjoy very much what you write about all of them and the challenge of fitting them all into a 24-hour day. You're doing well.
I could use a 25-hour day. ;-) And I wish I were doing better!
Hmm, perhaps we should replace "daughter" with "daughter-in-law" or sister, as my daughter duties are probably done. :-(
