That's nothing wait until next week. Patrick and I decided that next week for ARK-Attack I'm going to take them through a workout for the hour to give them an idea what I'd normally do for an interval session. At a place like Chicopee it has to involve going up and down the ski hill at least 5 times.

Can children age 40 go? I could use that kind of training.
Funny one Mrs. Tiny.

If it wasn't for the Turbo and Zolander talk to MAC alumni and our ARX gang on Tuesday night I'd come out as well. Sounds like fun which is strange. you make it muddy or hilly or navvy (is that a word) and all of a sudden running is fun with these kids. Running laps in most sports is a coach's idea of a penalty for doing something wrong. But in ARK (and using the words of Joe from ARK Niagara) "you don't have to run you get to run".

So happy Chicopee has worked out so well.
