And maybe there are just days that you feel good and days that you don't. Some things you can't control. But do the work and the rewards will come. (I think you know that.)

this was the most difficult interval session out of all planned. Sometimes you will need an extra day to rest, could do it on Wednesday if legs are heavy. it is going to get hotter, body will adjust to it, but also speed needs to be adjusted to heat and humidity - see a chapter on this in Daniel's book. Also, I change workouts to easier ones when body is not responding, let's say 10x200 instead of 3x1200, same target speed. Training plan is not a dogma, just a guide.

Yes, I'm not stressing about it. The reason why I did the planned workout is train my mental toughness as well as my discipline.
