Now operating in its 14th year, this all-day endurance event repeats itself.
Leg 1: 13.1 mile run on paved road from downtown Warren, Pennsylvania, to the Kinzua beach
Leg 2: 20 mile bicycle route on paved and gravel roads
Leg 3: 2.2 mile swim in the Kinzua reservoir
Leg 4: map and compass orienteering, roganing-style, to find 5-6 manned checkpoints in the woods
Leg 5: short 4 mile run on paved road
Leg 6: 8 mile canoe paddle
Different categories (solo, duo team, corporate relay team...)
