North Country Orienteering is tentatively on track to hold its Election 2020 Rogaine at Beaver Creek State Forest in St. Lawrence County, NY on September 12, 2020. (Clue Rogaine will be postponed until Sept 11, 2021.) We will be offering 3-, 6-, and 9-hour versions. Registration is on-line only. No on-site registration. No mass start. Check-in starts at 7 am and you can start any time after that.

Aside from hunting season, Beaver Creek has few visitors. Social distancing should not be a problem in the forest. It has some challenging, but beautiful terrain.

Registration ends on September 1st so that we have time to print, package, and hold map packages in quarantine for at least five days. If we do not have at least twelve participants by Aug 26th or if state and/or CDC guidelines dictate, we will cancel the event. In the very unlikely event that we get too many entries, we will cap attendance at about thirty.
