Welcome to the 7th event of the Spring Park-O Thursday (SPOT) series at DCR Historic Beaver Brook at the Belmont/Waltham border.

This year the Spring Park-O series will be a set of 7-8 in-person events in Greater Boston area parks on Thursday evenings from April 20 to June 8.

Time: Start times are from 6:00 pm to 7:00pm

Registration: Pre-registration will be required for all events no later than the Tuesday (2 days) before. We will print maps based on numbers of registered runners.

Courses: Advanced and Beginner. These are short courses suitable for evening races so Advanced courses will be between 1.5-3.5 km with 10-15 minute winning times, while beginner courses will be between 1-2 km.
