Cross Country event (likely courses: W, Y, O or G, R). Kiwanis Picnic Area off Kellogg Rd.
The park has a 350 foot elevation change (5 meter contour intervals). It has about 26 miles of trails including a portion of the Buckeye Trail, numerous other foot and bridal trails. The park is about 2200 acres, of which about 1700 mapped for orienteering. The park also has a 90 acre lake.
It is the annual site for the March 15th return of the buzzards to NE Ohio. A wonderful way to carrion after a long winter.
