Verrrrrrrry nearly just didn't go to animal flow, but the lure of the cosy studio was too much.
Flow was grand but my R shoulder was not. Really quite creaky what with R thumb-ish area and R shoulder.
Bye bye nice studio.

Shifted to Tuesday night, because Thursday will be ridiculous enough thanks. Very light on abdominals. Did I stay on for 5 mins to do my own abdominals? No, no I did not.
L foot is sore - peroneal tendonitis? Maybe. Maybe just general achiness from galloping on Sunday. Will give it time.
