Back started hurting a little Sunday during tennis, wasn't too bad, then on Mondays run I pulled it a little and it was pretty sore. Was pretty painful to run on during warm up for this but pushed through it during the session which wasn't feeling great on anyway. Now I basically can't move, ooops.

2.2km in the pool. Trying 3 breathing, then realised left side is way weaker than right side ( loss of strength from collar bone break) so going to practice just breathing on left arm stroke for a while to build strength before doing breath every 3.
