Very slow plod around the block. Hammy had be been a bit sore during the day (and didn't improve on the run) and had had a mega headache earlier.

Orienteering 22:25 [3]

Sprint into Spring 1, Caulfield Grammar

Legs a bit sore! A working week off running clearly hasn't helped. Left hip is a bit irritated now :( and right hammy still feels the same.

Kind of pushed hard, and had a few hesitations. Think I need to pick up my map reading speed for sprints. Can't help myself trying in the polka dot jersey.

Orienteering 10:00 [3]

Did one of the route choice and one map contact training exercises. They were tricky! Got caught by some 'passable' fences that I couldn't be bothered climbing.
