MelBushO, Woodlands Historic Park.
Unlike the last few years, didn't ride out there today. Would have been a nasty ride out with a headwind!
Arriving with fresher legs didn't help my time though. Had a bit of stomach cramp action in the first half and just wasn't really switched on for the navigation at the start. Room for improvement in my fitness. Still, always enjoy a day out with the roos, red gums and planes.

Felt like I was going ok for parts of it. Seemed like more people around my pace compared to last time. Thought I might sneak under 23, but maybe next time. Guest appearance from Amy Buckerfield.

Absolutely glorious morning for a run. Back down the creek, almost all the way to Moreland Rd, then back along Harding, past the oval to the market for some bread, apples and a sourdough crumpet. Also bought a saltbush from the nursery next door.

Coburg jog, up to the Lake, 2 hill reps (legs did not feel spritely) and back.

4 x 5mins session near Jayne around Prinny (she did join me for the recoveries though :) ).
Hadn't planned to do a session, but got slightly carried away. Didn't go all out though.
