Round HH with Fruiters, Tom and Rodney. Horrible prep going into this, drive from the office straight to the session took the best part of 90mins and then straight into it basically. Also ran the first rep too fast so set myself up horribly. Bad feels continued but managed to stabilise and hit an ok rhythm. Had fruiters on the shoulder for company - could have done with a wind break myself. Got the bastard finished off nevertheless (by that I mean the session, not fruiters). Time to take things easy into the weekend.
Chest tight, again probs the pollen.

Runch from the office. Have been feeling a bit groggy with a sinussy headache the past few days, hasn’t progressed and haven’t really felt ill. Think might be the pollen fucking with me - popped an antihistamine last night and seems to have done the trick.

Set out to do a reverse skyline with a big group of lads but bailed off to the reservoirs with fruiters and Sasha. Still a solid long run and didn’t feel too shagged after so good position going into race week.
