Can't possibly sit at home for 6 weeks, so did some exercises that didn't involve ankles or feet.

Right ankle broken. But the fracture is fairly small so should heal quickly by itself.

Fell awkwardly and twisted right ankle badly. Felt a crack, but hopefully just the ligament. Lots of swelling immediately, but managed to bandage it within a few minutes and then get myself home. Painkillers are assisting.

Another failed attempt to break 21 minutes. Started faster than normal and felt reasonably good at halfway but started to tire in the last 2km and lost time. Legs were almost collapsing in the last 800m.

Felt very tired after the Park Run but managed to drag myself to the climbing gym in the afternoon. Once there, things picked up and it ended up being a good session. 13 black.

40 minutes on the Kilter Board - 17 climbs ranging from V0 to V3. 30 minutes doing easier climbs in the gym. Haven't been for a while so almost everything was new. Great fun.
