Quantocks run as the orienteering was cancelled due to high winds. Thought it was only right to have a crack at the strava climb up the combe from Granny's. 11 minute hill climb effort and it wasn't picked up :( will have to have another go at Christmas!! Nailed the descent though :)
Really lovely in the forested valleys the other side, can't believe it's taken me this long to venture over the hill!

5 x 1km/90 on the canal path in Bath. Still getting back into it, was interesting to realise i had no idea about how to push myself! The km in the woods is nicely broken down in my mind with various bits, like the hill, muddy bit, between the gates, final push etc. This session reminded me what a km effort was like without any psychological help! (Tough!)
