A Sunday the way Mike and Janet do Sundays...
Annoyingly my watch reset when i stopped it (at the view point and again at the cafe), so the ride is in 3 parts.
Cycled from Loch Morlich, down the old logging way, onto the speyside way extension to Kincraig, along the roads to uath lochans, up onto the crags (new territory for M&J!), back to Feshie and Inshtiach to the cafe.
After a pit stop, we headed to Loch an Eilein, before heading through Rothiemurchus and round Loch Morlich to the end.
Quick change before i managed to change my mind, then...

...a jaunt up Meall a Bhuachaille! I ran up at a decent tempo, legs eased off and turned back into running legs half way up. Back via the Green Lochan with Janet.

Pretty awesome day out! Quite different to what I'm used to, but really enjoyed it. Nice to do a variety, and of course a lot of catching up to do about our holidays :)

First ever train of pain. From Carrbridge. Not wanting to show any sign of weakness so tried a bit too hard early on in the train. Suffered a bit later on for that! Going ok until we turned back into the wind, the other 2 girls were much stronger on this bit.
