Think I set off too conservatively and by the last lap (of 3) I seemed to be in no mans land running by myself.

Compared to Thursday's hill session this was fairly comfortable and didn't feel much like a race, HR didn't even get into zone 5.

Not too fussed as plenty of races coming up in China.
