Popped down to Cramond for a session on the way to Stirling for XC spectating. It came as no surprise that it was very windy.

5km (parkrun), 3km, 2km, 1km at very roughly T.

It was tricky judging effort or using HR as the wind was pretty severe, but I did some work, though absolutely no fireworks. Had a fun three-way tactical battle into the headwind in the final km of the parkun. Managed to learn from my gubbed-by-Murray lesson and not go too early.

Feel like I have a way to go (at least 10km) before I'll be breaking any PBs, but it's good to tick a session off and be running without too many issues.

Only meant to do 30 but I got curious and started exploring some cool new paths around Little France. Really loved it and had to drag myself back. More to see another time.

Highlight was bumping into a pair of foxes which I accidentally separated, then spent the next 5mins stalking them while they tried to reuinte by skulking around me.

Daylight is the best.
