Got out for the session today instead. Wore my big shoes to protect my foot a bit more. I was happy with how it went - I only started to get a little bit of feeling in the arch during the final 3 reps. Called it a day slightly earlier than planned but, although this week has been pretty shite, I'm glad to have got a bit of valuable work done in the end.
