Did my best to run today - exploring the Spring Gully Creek track after getting some plants. Resolved to stop complaining about my aches and pains and get on with it.

Orienteering 1:28:25 [3] 6.78 km (13:02 / km)

Sedgwick North course 2. Marvellous long legs thanks to Neil. Enjoyed every minute, even though l was super slow. Forgot to punch the start sadly.
