Long distance training race down at Iddefjordfjella. Not been there since woc 2016 training, was nice and very picturesque too. Not always choosing the best route but executed well on almost everything, which was a nice change with feedback and shows I can do it fine when in the right frame of mind.

Possibly a couple of days late, but anyway now have three days just resting and recovering and see about the feeling after that. It's a bit strange to have a block of hard training and not know what it's for, I think it's contributed to extra fatigue in the last week. But now there are some small races on the horizon and a chance to shape training with a bit more purpose.

tisdagsvallene from engelsviken. not really a good focus in the beginning and then getting quite stuck on a big crag for a while didnt help, just running about messily feeling like a loser for a while, but made myself pull it better together to finish with some better controls.
